Craig Pritchard
President and Director of Operations
Mr. Pritchard is one of the founders of the company and is a current shareholder. He has been working in the oil and gas services industry since 1985. Early in his career, Mr. Pritchard was the manager of operations for two solids control companies which were ultimately sold to larger national organizations. With more than 25 years of management, dewatering, and solids waste minimization experience, Mr. Pritchard has become one of the experts in the solids control field of services. His innovative thinking and his desire to provide the customer with the highest level of service is why Dynamic Energy Services, LLC is one of the leaders in the solids control industry.
Brent Upton
Director of Finance and Accounting
Mr. Upton is one of the founders of the company and is a current shareholder. Mr. Upton has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. He started his career in public accounting in 1994. After ten years in public accounting he was instrumental in the building of multiple service businesses that operate in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. He is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting of these operations. Mr. Upton holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Louisiana.
Damian Acosta
Shareholder
Mr. Acosta is one of the founders of the company and is a current shareholder. He has been actively working in the oil and gas sector since 1981. During this time he has worked in many facets of the industry from production to well completions. Mr. Acosta served as a production superintendent in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. After a career change in 2003, he moved from production to the service sector of the oil and gas and petrochemical industry. Since the formation of the company, Mr. Acosta has been actively involved and provides ideas and insights to company management.
Damon Wood
Shareholder
Mr. Wood is one of the founders of the company and is a current shareholder. Mr. Wood has over 20 years of experience servicing the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. He started his career with an oilfield transportation and service company in 1994 and was responsible for managing the health, safety, and environmental program for the company. Since 1998 he has been instrumental in building multiple oil and gas and industrial service businesses. He is still actively involved today in the management of those operations. Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and an Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
Chuck Peltier
Southeast Regional Manager
Mr. Peltier has been with the company since 2009, serves as the Southeast Regional Manager, and is primarily responsible for operations in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. He has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Previously in his career, Mr. Peltier was the owner of a successful solids control and waste minimization company which sold to a larger regional oil and gas service company. He was the Operations Manager for the solids control division of a national oil and gas services company for 4 years before he joined the team at Dynamic Energy Services, LLC. Mr. Peltier has been involved in all facets of solids control and dewatering operations and management, and adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Dynamic Energy Services, LLC team.
Rhenda Peery
Corporate Sales and Marketing
Ms. Peery joined the company in 2008. She has over 15 years of business development and managerial experience in the oil and gas service industry. Her knowledge of the industry and her willingness to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible has been instrumental in the success of Dynamic Energy Services, LLC.
Paul Blutt
Controller
Mr.Blutt joined the company in 2014. He has worked in the accounting field since 2000. During this time he has held various positions of management and responsibility. He previously worked for a national accounting firm and was responsible for managing financial audits and process improvement projects for public and private oil and gas clients. He also served as an assistant controller for an oil and gas seismic software company and as the controller for a professional service firm specializing in oil and gas prior to joining Dynamic Energy Services, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accounting from Texas Christian University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
