DES guarantees the best possible performance by carefully selecting and training our Service Technicians. Prior to employment, all applicants must pass a drug screening and perform thorough safety training. Our technicians receive site orientation each time they start a job on a rig they have not previously worked on. Also, once a relationship has been established between a technician and a specific rig, every possible measure is taken to have that technician remain in the work rotation at that site. New technicians are worked into the crew to allow for familiarization with a rig in the event of scheduling conflicts.
